New Year/ New You!
As we begin a new year, many of us have made resolutions of all kinds. Most likely, most of you have made the resolution to take better care of yourself . Whether that be kicking old habits or adopting new ones, we all realize the importance of not only looking our best, but also feeling our best as well. However, many overlook the importance of good skin care habits. I very rarely hear this on anybody’s list of resolutions! However, at some point or another, it does become important. My hope is that we all realize how important it is to adopt good skin care habits and take care of our largest organ. Remember, it’s never too late to start. Here are five ways to adopt healthy skin care habits from the Skin Cancer Foundation.
